Our learning journey is powered by our flagship Analytical Thinking Skills (ATS®) programme, which utilises experiential learning methods to develop social skills, self-awareness, intellectual curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking in a safe environment. Our Kindy programme is a pre-cursor to the ATS® curriculum specially designed for young children to give them a head start on their 21CC learning journey.



A child's formal introduction to ATS® begins at the age of 7. The programme is intended to enrich holistic development in primary and secondary school students and has been proven to improve academic grades, as well as equip them with employability skills to better prepare them for the future.


Beyond the scope of education, our programme is also relevant for the industry. We empower working professionals with problem solving, communication and leadership tools to help them stay relevant in today's competitive workforce.


A key component of learning lies in the ability to evaluate its effectiveness. We do this through MirMe (short for Mirror Me), an online game-based assessment tool that helps us calibrate your learning journey by measuring the soft skills our curriculum teaches through a unique Measure-Train-Measure system.

Not only can MirMe help individuals map out their 21st century skill profile against global standards in education and employability, it also offers administrators a deeper insight on how to develop, recruit and manage each talent through differentiated approaches.

In order to ensure that the right intervention is implemented in a timely and effective manner, our LogicMills Assessor Accreditation Programme (LAAP) trains and certifies administrators to help them better understand and interpret the reports.

MirMe is validated by researchers at Max Planck Institute (Berlin), the world’s premier research institute in the social sciences and creators of the PISA Test and fast and frugal heuristics.
