Our teaching philosophy is simple. We focus on the “how” of thinking by instilling individuals with effective ways to learn, understand and assess content. This encourages a healthy flow of thought that is guided along each step of the way. We achieve this through the IACE method.



A proper introduction of the lesson helps students get acquainted with the broad aspects of the skills that they are going to learn and how these skills may be potentially utilised.


This is the core of the lesson, which allows students to practice the skills in place. We call this experiential learning – learning by doing.


Students will learn exactly how the skills are applied in the activity through a guided discussion. This allows them to understand how the skills learned in the lesson may be used in other ways.


A guided robust discussion that concludes the lesson in depth by helping the students better understand and clarify on how the skills learned can be applied in their daily lives.
